Roast Garlic and Beetroot Hummus

Ingredients 3-4 Beets 4-6 cloves garlic 1 tin chickpeas 60ml olive oil water

Method Roast beetroot and garlic cloves (skins left on) for 10-15 minutes on 180ºc Separate garlic from skins and add everything to a blender. Add water as needed for the desired consistency.
